Our Services
Elite Transportation provides airport transfers, corporate travel, black car services, limousine transportation, group travel, special event transportation, and private Christmas lights tours. Service is available across our confirmed coverage areas in Missouri, neighboring states, and Florida.
Booking Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not confirm a reservation. Your booking is confirmed when our team provides written confirmation of the trip details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, travel dates, contact information, passenger counts, and luggage requirements.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the vehicle, itinerary, service duration, and requested arrangements. Payment requirements and applicable charges will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
Additional stops, extended service, or other requested changes may affect the agreed price and require confirmation.
Airport Transfers
We monitor incoming flights associated with airport reservations and coordinate pickup timing accordingly. Customers must provide accurate flight details and notify us if they change flights or cancel their travel.
Please allow sufficient time for airport departures, including traffic, check-in, and security screening.

Vehicles and Passenger Safety

Passengers must respect the vehicle and chauffeur, use available seat belts, and follow reasonable safety instructions. Unsafe or unlawful conduct may result in refusal or termination of service. Reasonable, documented charges may apply for damage beyond normal use.
Delays and Personal Belongings
